
Happy Holidays from Mrs. Liska’s class!


Today Mrs. Tierney’s students used their phonics skills to build words using the letters in the word ‘SNOWFLAKE’. This activity was so much fun. The students found words like elf, elk, Noel, flow, self, and many more. How many words can you build using the same letters?





Merry Christmas from Mrs. Tierney’s second grade class! We are sad that one student was out sick, but the rest had fun meeting Santa today.


Mrs. Martin sat up a Christmas shop for my students (Mrs. Jacquinot) to shop. It was the cutest thing to watch them wrap the presents they chose. They used their swag bucks they earned to pay for their items.

All students will be dismissed at noon on Friday, December 16, 2022.


USD 503 Winter Break will be from December 19th thru January 2nd. Students will return to school on Tuesday, January 3, 2023!

Mrs.Waun’s class received their passports today for Christmas Around the World.


Ms. Vaughn’s class was very excited to receive our pen pal letters from second graders in Wake Forest, North Carolina!! We can’t wait to write them back!!
