Parsons USD 503 welcomes Tonda Collins, an employee of Tri-County Special Education Cooperative, working for the district.
Collins will be teaching K-5 Life Skills.
She is presently pursuing her teaching degree through Wichita State University.
“This is my second year in the 503 district. As of right now, I am teaching at Garfield as a Life Skills teacher. Before coming to the district I taught as a preschool teacher at Head Start for four years," she said.
“I have been with my husband for 16 years. We have three kids. We love to go swimming, have movie nights and family trips.”
