Parsons USD 503 welcomes Erica Deweese, an employee of Tri-County Special Education Cooperative, who is working for the district.
Deweese will be teaching K-5 Life Skills. She is presently pursuing her education degree through Wichita State University.
“I started teaching Life Skills at Guthridge at the end of September last year and loved it so much. I have decided to make that position my career for years to come.
“In my spare time, I enjoy going to my children’s activities and sports events to cheer them on and encourage them. I also love to bake and do puzzles during bad weather, but I enjoy being outside when the weather allows. We also enjoy peaceful moments just sitting on the couch with our senior Yorkie.”
