After reading the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Mrs. Hicks's students participated in hands-on activities that brought the book to life—counting, sequencing, and learning about the life cycle of a butterfly. The most magical part was witnessing our very own caterpillars transform into butterflies. Today, we had the joy of releasing them into nature, completing the story in real life! 🦋
