What a week this is going to be! A few changes and some info about this week. Our girls play at 8:00 Thursday night in Salina vs. Andale. Fan info is in one of the links below, please be sure to click and read if you plan to go to Salina. Conferences will be IN TEACHER CLASSROOMS instead of the gym so the girls have a place to practice. Conferences are still 4:00-7:30 tonight and Wednesday night. Community Pep Rally at 7:00 TUESDAY in the main gym. Girls will leave town Thursday morning at about 8:30 AM. They will drive by the elementary schools as they leave town if you want to wave at them as they head out. Have a great week! On Friday freshman Autumn Sands competed in the Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio. Autumn showed up and showed out!and dominated taking first place in her age group! Autumn ended her day with a 65kg/143# snatch and a 86 kg/190# clean and jerk! ❤️💪🏋‍♀️🥇 The Arnold Classic is an annual bodybuilding competition where thousands of people from around the world come to compete.

Viking Congress finished its regular season strong tonight in Cherryvale. Ramirez and Quirin finished 8th & 3rd in Varsity House. While Armitage and Taliaferro finished 8th and 7th in JV. Tsinhnhajinne, Hinman, and Darling finished 5th, 7th, and 4th in Novie House. Great job!
