Parsons High School won the trophy in this year's Battle of 59 wrestling meet against Erie. Erie proved to be a strong and worthy opponent, taking several of the matches, but Parsons prevailed. Way to go Vikings!

Congratulations to the 2026 Parsons High School Norseman Nominees; Natylee Baughman, Kera Haviland, Laila Haviland, Cole Kennett, Wyatt Shultz, and Brelin Summers. Norseman is PHS' annual basketball homecoming celebration.
We invite the community to join us for Coronation on Friday, January 30th between the girls varsity and boys varsity basketball games. Cheer on the Vikes before and after! Games begin as early as 4:30pm with varsity girls tipping off at approximately 6:00pm.
Parsons Debate finished 5th in 4 speaker debate and 3rd in 2 speaker. A long weekend but so very proud of these guys.

Automotive students came to class ready to work today! Brakes, wiring, engine tear downs, water pump replacements and some light paint work getting done!
The PHS Dustkickers had a fun first day of their junior dance clinic! Anyone who missed out, don't fret. There is still time for new participants to join! Come to practice Wednesday, January 14th at Guthridge Elementary from 3:45-5:00pm. $10 registration fee at the door. The performance will be Thursday, January 15th during 1/2 time of the boys varsity game.

Students in Ms. Lucas' classes created a virtual vision board to kick off the new year. After reflecting on 2025, students set goals for 2026 and created the vision board out of images that represented their intentions. Students shared their aspirations with one another in a presentation Friday, January 9th finding creative ways to reveal their focus. The start of a new semester is always a great time to reassess and set new goals. Go Vikes!
