Last week Mrs. Peak's class talked & read stories about snowflakes. Children then completed a homework project to decorate a snowflake. We learned that every snowflake is different, just like their snowflakes they brought from home, they were all different.

First graders had so much fun having a math snowball fight. They threw snowballs around the room. When the snowball fight was over, they picked up a snowball and wrote the fact that was on it. Snowballs = pieces of paper balled up that had math problems on them.

Presbyterian Manor residents and Lincoln first graders enjoyed meeting and playing bingo today. The students were excited to deliver their homemade cards and to meet their special new friends. The residents and students plan to meet often throughout the semester. 💙💛

Mrs. Peak had her students share a picture of their snowmen they created on our school snow day.

No school on Friday, January 10, because of inclement weather.
